Delaine Baker, B.S., Client Care Coordinator

Delaine Baker has been a Client Care Coordinator for Recovery Ways, Idaho for the past 7 years. Prior to that she worked in the Healthcare field for more than 15 years. She has worked alongside various healthcare professionals such as Cardiology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Optometrists. She has a passion for serving her community. and understands that when someone reaches out for mental healthcare assistance this can be a big step, therefore she takes her position of perhaps first contact with the client , as an opportunity to be able to help guide them to get the professional help they are seeking.

Lorena Duran, Client Care Coordinator

Lorena was born in Mexico but moved to Idaho in 1992. “I am passionate about mental and physical health, but most of all, I love helping others. I am happy to work for a company that strives to make a difference in the community.” Lorena has two daughters and one son, two grandsons and one granddaughter. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and cooking Mexican food for them.

Matthew is an experienced admin dedicated to supporting the operations of Recovery Ways Idaho since 2022. Passionate about fostering a positive and nurturing environment for both staff and clients. Committed to promoting mental wellness and ensuring a seamless experience for all those who seek our services. Matthew always greets people with a smile and has a calming presence, which makes people feel welcomed when they first come through the doors.
