Kelli Barnes, LCPC - Clinical Director & Clinician

​

Kelli Barnes, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Clinical Director for Recovery Ways Idaho. She has been in the mental health field since 2004. She graduated with her Master’s degree in 2007 and became independently licensed in 2011. She has experience working in a variety of settings including regional mental health centers, state mental health, inpatient, private practice, and traditional outpatient settings. Her primary modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy (for PTSD) but has also received training in directive and non-directive play therapy for children.  She has also recently completed requirements to provide EMDR. She uses other therapeutic approaches to address the needs of each individual or family. Kelli specializes in helping active duty and retired military members and their dependents, children with mild to moderate behavioral issues (depression, anxiety, adjustment issues), as well as adults and teens. She has experience working with people who have depression, anxiety, life changes, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. Kelli also has experience with ADD/ADHD symptoms. 

Aida Dizdar-Barac, LCSW - Director of Special Clinical Programs

Aida graduated with Master’s degrees in Health Sciences and Social Work from Boise State University. She has over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations and families through various positions in the community including: career consultation/retention, case management, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Currently, she is working with individuals and families with diverse needs and experiences from an array of backgrounds. Aida utilizes an integrative approach focusing on empowerment of individuals within their unique social/environmental systems to help them build on their resilience and thrive in many areas of life.

Daniela Kecman - Community Based Provider and Operations Manager


Daniela Kecman, BA graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Spanish language in 2012. She has over 20 years’ experience as an interpreter, refugee resettlement case manager and employment specialist in the Boise area. During her time at Recovery Ways Idaho (Formerly IBH) she has worked as a CBRS, CM and CPSS, serving mostly refugee women population and working with them on reducing PTSD, adjustment to the new community, self-sufficiency and achieving their personal goals. In the past year, she has become the Community Based Provider manager as well as taken on Operations responsibilities.

Cheryl Green - Billing-Administration Manager


Cheryl has been working in Mental Health since 2013, beginning as an Administrative Assistant then being promoted to Billing Specialist in November 2021. She then further advanced into Billing Manager in March 2022 and became Administration Manager in June 2023.
